This barrel aged Bordeaux style red captures the richness of blackberry jam, earth and oak, with a subtle bit of pepper. It is very soft and round with ripe berry fruit and spicy vanilla flavours. This wine has been aged eighten months in new Allier and Nevers French oak barrels.
