This straw coloured wine from the outstanding 2007 Vintage has an upfront nose of toast and butterscotch cream resulting from barrel aging. A great mouth feel of lingering fruit of apple, pear with a hint of lychee leading to a heightened crisp acidity slicing through its luscious richness. Lingering subtle oak nuances on the finish define this taste sensation.
